Liz was craving for fish&chips so we went to our fave place near Angkor Market.
It doubled as a meeting for them coz Loven is making some illustrations for them for a project that will debut in New York. Andy here is one half of Wanderlust, the clothing brand of Eliz.
I got the classic one.
The recipe won two times in Sydney for 'Best Fish&Chips'. The Khmer chef used to live there. I like how it's super crispy but on the inside it's soft and flavorful. And it's HUGE! It only cost $5 for the whole thing. It can be shared by two people, actually.
